Winner of a Michelin Bib Gourmand, The Ginger Pig is a friendly and stylish pub restaurant in Hove. Fine modern British cuisine is served, and there is a picturesque outside seating area for al fresco dining.
With a blend of modern and classic style, the elegant dining room at this gastro pub features cosy banquettes, feature lighting and shades of chocolate and taupe.
The chef uses fresh, fine produce and the dishes are full of flavour, like the venison tartare with a cognac dressing or pan-fried sea bass with samphire, brown shrimps, cauliflower puree and almond cream. The good value children’s menu features two homemade courses and a drink, while the creative dessert menu has delicacies like chocolate truffle cake with star anise and fennel ice cream.
